Description
For the rearing, growth and production of laying hens, correct nutrition from the beginning is very important. Their needs depend very much on their stage of development and whether the hens lay eggs. Kasper Faunafood therefore has a range of feeds that, when used correctly, promote good rearing and subsequent egg production. Feed intake depends on the breed and age, but above all on the size (weight) of the hens. With different laying performances, the following scheme can be followed in general.
Complementary feed for poultry. In addition to a complete feed, maximum 25% of the daily ration, preferably sprinkled to encourage free-range behaviour. Recommended for chickens of all breeds.
Composition: wheat, corn grits, sorghum, sunflower seeds, ground peas, soybean oil
Analytical constituents: crude protein 10.3%, crude fat 3.1%, crude fiber 2.8%, crude ash 1.4%, lysine 0.3%, methionine 0.2%, sodium 0.01%.
